Steep the grains in 3-4 gallons of water in one bag, while the oatmeal steeps in a separate bag

Steep for 30 minutes

Remove grains and oatmeal and let bags drain back into pot

Boil 45 minutes and hop during that time

Chill to 68, top up to around 6 gallons (1.070 gravity) pitch yeast and ferment 7-10 days

Starting gravity should be around 1.070

FG should be around 1.020
